As a consultant for law enforcement, I am a facilitator of stratrgic change. In compressed and intensive timeframes, I work with the PD to create decision making architectures so the members of the police team can solve in days what normally would take them months or years.

 

I am a certified facilitator with the California comission on POST for their "team building workshops" (TBW).
