I facilitate Team Building Workshops (POST certified) using radical innovation tools and principles based in some of the best practices the have made Silicon Valley one of the most creative and successful places on the planet. I have more than 10 years of experience successfully applying those principles to security and defense organizations.

 

The POST  Team Building Workshop (TBW) program provides specialized consultant services to assist you with problem solving, developing organizational goals and objectives, and team building.

 

As a certified consultant, most Californian Law Enforcement agencies are eligible for a POST-approved Team Building Workshop every two years (every other fiscal year).

 

The TBW is divided into three phases. 

 

We will first identify the  problems or needs that have the attention of the leadership and triggered the need of the TBW. During this phase, I will discuss with the agency’s leadership the accelerated problem-solving methods we will use to achieve in a few days what would normally take months to solve.

 

During the second phase, I will facilitate our meeting to allow your team innovation capacities to shine. My role is not to lecture, teach or frankly, to speak too much. We will not build marshmallow towers or build tents blindfolded. Instead, we will have heated meaningful discussions that will produce consensual decisions. I am there to build an innovation scaffold for your team.

 

Our third phase is an implementation follow up. After working together, I hope trust and friendship will have emerged. Count on me to help you implement the strategic decisions taken during the TBW.
